4 Step Process for Client Engagement

1. Learn

Learning about our clients is about listening to our clients. (During this initial phase, we will take the time to ask questions and find out what is important to you)

  • Who are you?
  • Who do you want to be?
  • Where do you want to go?
  • How can we help you get there?
  • Discovery Document
  • Did we hear you correctly?
  • Did we miss anything?
  • Was there anything that should be added?

2. Plan

Once we have completed our discovery process, we then build a financial plan that takes into account current assets, savings capacity, life goals such as retirement, education,travel, etc., and your risk tolerance. We then communicate to you our advised investment model utilizing a diversified investment platform of stocks, bonds and mutualfunds. We utilize forecasting and planning tools to assist us in developing a plan based on expectations and measurement. Once your plan has been developed, we will refer to it frequently to ensure that we are on pace to meet expectations and assess allocation.

3. Implement

Our investment models are comprised of individual stocks, broadly diversified mutual funds in domestic and international markets, Exchange Traded Funds and individual bonds. We create portfolios that are completely transparent and do not utilize proprietary products. Our commitment is to our clients and we will always provide unbiased advice.

4. Review

Our review process is a clear and concise format to ensure that we are following your customized plan at implementation.

Our Custodian

We use Fidelity Institutional Investments as our primary Custodian for client assets. This decision was based on the following criteria:

a). Fidelity has more than 65 years of financial management experience and a reputation for integrity
b). They have assets under administration of $4.8 trillion, including managed assets of more than $2.0 trillion as of May 31, 2014
c). Fidelity is privately owned, all decisions are based on clients versus shareholders
d). Fidelity’s financial stability, its compliance with industry regulations, and its insurance protection all serve to help safeguard your investments

b). Create a comprehensive due diligence process
c). Only use partners and investments that have no direct interest in our investment management
